Jeff brings a unique perspective to clients as a business owner who has been through all the stages of a company's life; from its founding through various levels of growth and ultimate sale to a 3 billion dollar private equity company.

These invaluable experiences and his practical approaches dedicated to delivering sustainable business results have greatly benefited his clients.  For over 15 years, Jeff has been an accomplished executive coach for both business owners and influential corporative executives.  In this same time period, Jeff has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Notre Dame where his progressive business courses receive exemplary ratings. He received his BA from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from the University of Illinois. He founded the JJS Foundation to help underprivileged children reach their full potential.
